I started playing bass at the age of 15.

After a few years at the Conservatory in Hilversum I started gigging a lot and didn’t finish school.

Since then I backed up more artists then I can count, national and international, ranging between amateurs and famous stars.

Since 2003 I’m involved with Night of the Proms as their audio editor and since 2007 as their bassplayer.

I started playing guitar in September 2018 since I was offered a steady job playing with David Garrett.
